THE BEECHES offers luxury bed and breakfast in a gracious Edwardian setting. The house is situated on the outskirts of Kilmington, a picturesque village situated 1.5 miles from Axminster, 9 miles from Honiton and 5 miles from the lovely coastal town of Lyme Regis.
If you are looking for somewhere to relax, a base from which to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or even conduct business, THE BEECHES offers Bed & Breakfast to suit all requirements. It is also less than 10 minutes drive from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage HQ, so it is an ideal base for any participants on his courses.
Breakfast is served in our large spacious dining/living room with french doors which can be opened to the garden in warm weather. It will comprise of locally sourced food from our local butcher in Colyton and from Millers, our farm shop in Kilmington, and eggs from our own hens.

Kilmington is a picturesque East Devon village with its own church, two pubs both offering food, village shop/post office and village green where the local cricket team play.
We are offering one double room with ensuite bathroom for a sum of £75 for 2 people per night which includes breakfast.
PLEASE NOTE: In June, July and August we require a minimum booking of 2 nights at weekends (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun).

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets. Also we request no smoking in the house.
